Leo Varadkar is an Irish politician and qualified GP who served twice as Taoiseach (Prime Minister) of Ireland — first from 2017 to 2020 and again from 2022 until his resignation in March 2024. Leader of the Fine Gael party and the first openly gay head of government in Ireland, he studied medicine at Trinity College Dublin and built a political career spanning ministerial roles in Transport, Health, and Social Protection. Since leaving office he has taken on advisory and academic roles, including as a Global Advisor at Penta Group and a fellow at Harvard Kennedy School.

Born in North London and based between London and Ibiza, Sadiq Gillani is a senior travel industry advisor, executive coach, and board director.

He holds the MBA from Harvard Business School and MA from Cambridge, and has held senior roles at Emirates (Transformation Director) and Lufthansa (Chief Strategy Officer).

He serves as Senior Advisor at Attestor Capital, Chairman of the Advisory Board of Condor Airlines, board member of eTraveli, a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council for Travel, and Trustee of Stonewall.

He is also an executive coach drawing on the work of Carl Jung and used to be a lecturer in Management at Stanford. His talk on the Art of Disciplined Opportunism at Stanford has been watched by over 1m people. 

Tommaso Barba is a neuroscientist and PhD candidate at the Centre for Psychedelic Research at Imperial College London, where he works under Professor David Nutt. His research focuses on how psychedelics affect consciousness, sexual wellbeing, and intimate relationships, including the landmark study comparing psilocybin versus SSRIs on sexual functioning in depressed patients. He has co-authored over ten publications in journals including The Lancet's eClinicalMedicine and Scientific Reports, and his work has been covered by Forbes, Rolling Stone, and Men's Health.

He built Joie de Vivre Hospitality into the second-largest boutique hotel brand in the US before joining Airbnb at 52 as Head of Global Hospitality & Strategy and mentor to CEO Brian Chesky. He is the author of several books including Wisdom@Work and Learning to Love Midlife, and has delivered three TED Talks on leadership, meaning, and the value of experience.

Chris Connors is a leadership and embodiment coach, certified psychotherapist, meditation teacher, and social entrepreneur based in Ibiza. He has trained in meditation for over 20 years, including a decade with Gabrielle Roth, founder of the 5Rhythms movement practice, and has led corporate leadership programs for LVMH, Aesop, Nike, and Net-a-Porter. He is the founder of OPO, an app pairing guided meditations with Ibiza's landscapes, and is known for running immersive retreats bridging luxury, spiritual intelligence, and wellness

Joey Bothwell is a Los Angeles-based medicine guide and somatic specialist with nearly a decade of experience in the healing arts. A former actress and professional dancer, she found her path in somatic addiction recovery work in Venice, CA, and has since built a practice spanning Reiki, breathwork, mycology, and psychedelic integration. She works as a presence coach and medicine guide, helping clients access authentic freedom through body-based practices and guided medicine journeys

Josh & Ruben are the co-owners of F45 Training Manchester, one of the UK's standout functional fitness studios. They opened their studio just before the pandemic — adapting quickly and building a fiercely loyal community around the ethos of "team training, life changing." They are widely recognised for their work in community building through the lens of fitness and shared identity.

Musician

Jurgis is living proof that music can do far more than entertain. A Transformational Troubadour,  and Community Catalyst, he works at the intersection of music, organizational culture, leadership development, and community building. For more than two decades, his work has explored how sound, story, and collective experience can unite people, shape identity, and transform how groups relate, collaborate, and perform. With a mixed Colombian–Lithuanian heritage, Jurgis moves fluently between artistic, civic, corporate, and cultural worlds. Toriis a global holistic wellness architect, yoga instructor, and energy guide. Blending his background in primal movement, meditation, and human design, he helps clients reconnect with their bodies through holistic practices

Antolín is a Uruguayan-Dutch poet and singer-songwriter—extravagant, psychedelic, and otherworldly. He carries an ancestral voice that transport us into other realms. Through his guitar, he moves energy, filling spaces with magnetic magic. Shaped by a life of travel, he grew under the influence of his father, the renowned poet José Carbajal “El Sabalero.” From this lineage, he inherited a profound connection to words, music, and storytelling. For Antolín, creation is a sacred act. He follows no formula, creating his own poetic and musical language—blending genres, rhythms, and emotion into something entirely his own. A journey of love, nature, poetry, hidden codes.
