Gay Wellness Week is built and run by a small group of people who bring professional depth, lived experience, and a genuine stake in what the week is trying to do.
Sadiq Gillani
Sadiq holds an MBA from Harvard and an MA from Cambridge, and has spent his executive career at the intersection of strategy, transformation, and leadership.
He served as Chief Strategy Officer at Lufthansa and Transformation Director at Emirates, and today advises boards and senior leadership teams across Europe.
He is a trustee of Stonewall, a participant in the World Economic Forum, and is based between London and Ibiza.

Luke Connelly
Luke is a marketing consultant based in Barcelona with a background in brand strategy, content, and community-led events. He has been involved with the LGBT community across Europe and Australia through Gay Games Valencia 2026, the Gay and Lesbian Tennis Alliance, Pride Western Australia and Pride Professionals Australia.
He joined Gay Wellness Week at the start and leads marketing, communications, and operations across the project.
