About the Week

Gay Wellness Week is designed specifically for gay and queer men. The programming, the community, and the conversations are built with that in mind. If you are unsure whether it is right for you, feel free to get in touch before applying. team@gaywellnessweek.com

Yes. The week runs as a full detox across all experiences and shared events. This is not a restriction, it is a deliberate part of what makes the shift noticeable.
-
No. You need to be open to it. The week is designed for gay men at all different starting points, not just those who already have a meditation practice or a gym habit. The contributors and facilitators are used to working with people who are arriving fresh.
-
All meals at S'ermita are included for OutSync Immersive and Tri Fitness guests, and for Sacred Medicine Healing participants during their programme. The food is wholesome, fresh, and built around the produce available on the island. This is not a calorie-restricted or elimination programme. You will be well fed.
The experiences
-
OutSync Immersive runs the full week and covers the broadest ground, across movement, learning, rest, and connection. It is the right choice if you want full immersion and are not sure exactly what you need, the week will meet you where you are.
Tri Fitness with Josh and Ruben is the right choice if physical training and recovery is your primary focus.Sacred Medicine Healing with Joey Bothwell is the most intensive and specific programme, designed for people who know they are ready for that kind of work.
The Gay Getaway Wellness Pass is for those who want to be part of the week without a residential structure, moving at their own pace from Cala Llonga.
If you are genuinely unsure, apply and tell us what you are looking for. We will help you choose.
