What to Expect
Sacred Medicine Healing is a 4 day, 3 night programme of consciousness work, held at a beautiful property in the North of Ibiza. A high-frequency healing space unlike anywhere else on the island.
Joey Bothwell guides a small group of 15 through somatic practice, breathwork, and sacred ceremony. This is a carefully held space for those ready to do deeper work, with their body, their history, and the parts of themselves that rarely get space in daily life.

What Is Included
Your host: Joey Bothwell
Joey Bothwell is a Los Angeles-based medicine guide, somatic specialist, Reiki master, and mycologist with nearly a decade of experience in the healing arts.
A former professional dancer and actress, she found her path in somatic addiction recovery work in Venice, CA, and has since built a practice spanning breathwork, plant medicine, and psychedelic integration.
Joey works as a presence cultivation coach and medicine guide, helping clients access authentic freedom through body-based practices and sacred ceremony.
We kick off at noon on Wednesday 14 October and conclude on Saturday 17 October at noon.
For those wishing to arrive earlier, there is an option to book additional nights to join other gay wellness week activities.
We will travel together to the Gay Wellness Week closing party on Friday 16 October.
Before you arrive, Joey will schedule a one-to-one intake call to understand what you are looking to work through, discuss any medical considerations, and set your intentions for the journey.
Logistics
The Programme
Day 1: Arrive from 3pm. Group introductions and programme overview. Ecstatic breathwork session in the evening.
Day 2: Sunrise yoga. Group intention setting. A release ritual. The first sacred ceremony held one-to-one with Joey.
Day 3: An immersive inner exploration of 4 to 6 hours. Sound bath to close the day.
Day 4: Group reflections and closing ritual. Departure from 12pm.
After you leave: A post-programme integration session with Joey is included, along with access to a community of like-minded individuals and ongoing support where relevant.
Who should Apply?
Sacred Medicine Healing is for men who feel ready to do deeper work in a safe, supported, and intentional environment. You do not need prior experience with plant medicine or somatic practice; Joey will guide you through every step of the process.
What matters is that you come with an open mind and a genuine intention to grow. The group is intentionally small, to ensure every participant receives proper care and attention throughout the four days.
Attendance is by application. Full health disclosure is required before confirmation.

We review every application personally and aim to respond within seven days.

Once your application is approved you will receive a link to pay your deposit. Places are limited on each program and allocated in the order applications are received.
Expect to pay around €50-€100 for your flights to Ibiza (each way) in mid-October
